WHAT IF I AM UNSURE ABOUT WHAT I WANT DONE?

That is okay! The first step in our process and seeking to understand what some of the things that have you thinking about doing a home project. Then we put together multiple to options to help you decide on what you think will best fit your needs. Once you have decided on an option, we will still help you decide on material and colors. You are not in this alone, we are here to help!

WILL MY HOME VALUE INCREASE WITH THE IMPROVEMENTS?

An newly remodeled home has a high condition rating on any home appraisal. The home value will depend on the most recent sales near your home and the conditions of those homes. When you get the home appraised, they will find similar homes near you that have recently sold. However, your new remodeled home will have an advantage on the market with higher condition rating!

HOW IS TRU BUILD & REMODEL DIFFERENT FROM ITS COMPETITORS?

We take pride in our customer service and offer all of your home projects under one umbrella. Allowing you to have a great experience all the way through with one main point of contact. We deal with each contractor directly, and provide updates through out the process so you know what is happening and what is next.

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT OPTIONS?

Currently we accept a wide range of forms of payments, invoices will be e-mailed allowing you to pay by any accepted debit or credit card. We also accept check, detail on where to send the check will also come through email. You will also receive a receipt for all payments made, so you can keep a record as well. Feel free to call us or email us with any additional questions around payments.

DO I HAVE TO HAVE THE PAYMENT IN FULL TO START?

No, we require 3 installments. We require 50% of the project at the start, so we can hire contractors and get the material needed to get your project under way. The second installment of 25% is due at the project half way mark. The third installment of 25% is due 72 hours after final inspection/walk through with customer.

WHAT ARE YOUR FINANCING OPTIONS?

We don't offer financing programs. However, we do accept credit cards and other forms of payments. If you don't have the funds needed, you can check with a local lender to see what your finance options are. (Examples of ways to secure the funds needed are a Personal Loan, Home Equity Loan, and/or Home Refinance)

WHAT IF I AM UNSURE ON BUDGET?

Once we put together a plan on the projects that you are wanting done, we can break it down and help align the work with your budget. You will be given estimates before any decisions are made to help you decide which route is the best route for you financially.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO THE PROJECT?

It will depend on where we are in the project. However, if you have a different route you would like to go with your project we can re-assess and work with you on what will be required. After the final inspection/walk through we will not be able to make any changes as the project has been marked as completed. We do strive to make sure that everyone is fully satisfied, so if there is something you would like altered please bring it up as soon as possible.
